​First and foremost, I want to congratulate you for taking the first step toward pursuing therapy. The beginning can be daunting, but you’re here, and I’m so glad!

At some point in our lives, we experience stress and discomfort that comes in many different shapes and forms. We might feel stuck or not know the “best” way to handle challenging situations in our day to day lives. Some of us might experience sadness, anxiety, and anger at intensity levels that are new and not know how to manage our feelings. Just to list a few, regardless of what our struggles are, we all are in pursuit of feeling better, less stressed, and anxious, hopeful, having quality relationships with ourselves and others, etc.
