Finding the right therapist can be very stressful and overwhelming. I do offer a free consultation that can be used as a platform to answer any questions you have.

Do you offer in-person appointments only?

No, I do offer in-person appointments as well as virtual appointments. Currently, I only offer virtual appointments for PCIT services. For all other types of services, I do offer in-person and virtual appointments.

What should I expect if I decide to work with you?

Before we start the therapy process, we would have an intake assessment appointment. This would allow me to collect enough information to decide if what you are wanting to work on in therapy is within my scope of practice and competence.  During the assessment session, I will also go over preliminary recommendations. Also, it will give you the opportunity to see if you feel comfortable with my approach and if preliminary recommendations best fit what you are looking for in a therapist.

Do you accept health insurance?

Yes, currently I am in-network for Anthem,Cigna, Aetna, and UHC/Optum. Unfortunately at this time, I am not in-network with BSCA and HealthNet as it is pending approval for in-network. For all other insurances, I am an out-of-network provider and will provide a superbill. Depending on your insurance benefits, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement from 40-80% of out-of-pocket cost on therapy appointments. Please verify and confirm with your insurance company about benefits.

How much do you charge for therapy sessions?

Accepted Answer

Initial Assessment Session- $220 for 90 minute session.

Individual Sessions- $200 per session which is for a 45-50 minute session. Please contact me for other questions regarding pricing and sliding scale information.

Group Therapy session-$ 50 per 90 minute session. Please contact me for other questions regarding pricing.

Immigration Evaluations- starting at $900. Please contact me for more information regarding immigration evaluations.
